I subscribe to The Nourishing Gourmet and thought many of you would enjoy the site as well. She has an incredible amount of good whole foods information all in one place and does lots of recipes with gluten and dairy free folks in mind.
Well I figured out how to get to the posting place, but if I view the profile I don't know how to get back to the posting place without using the back button on my browser.
